UPDATE on Pamper's deal @ CVS

** UPDATE 6/9/09 **
ECB's are still not printing automatically. Most stores are honoring the ECB deal if you have a printout of the page before they removed the ECB deal. <--- go there to print! (Thanks, iheartcvs!)

** UPDATE 6/8/09 **
CVS has pulled the online ad and will be posting another offer. CVS's ECB customer reps are still honoring the promo on the phone as long as your purchase was made yesterday or today. If you tried this deal yesterday or today with no luck, contact corporate for your ECB's, see below...

This deal is not a hoax... you are entitled to $5 ECB for each pack of Pampers you purchased. I have heard that some of you didn't receive any ECB's for this deal, and some only received $5 even if they bought the limit of 3 packs.

If your ECBs did not print, or the manager would not override, call the CVS corproate line @ 1-888-607-4CVS (1-888-607-4287). Follow the instructions leading you to the Extra Care Bucks section, and when you speak to someone tell them your extra bucks did not print. They will ask for some info from you, (CVS card #, receipt number, mailing address) They will fix the problem and the ECB's will be added to your account within 48 hours. They will print out on your next trip to CVS!

  1. By the way, I just spoke with someone at CVS and they have pulled the ad. Basically, if you didn't print it out and have it when you purchased the Pampers, you cannot get the deal.

  2. Someone was just told by CVS customer service that the deal should be working correctly tomorrow (via comments on Money Saving Mom), so there's still a chance that it will work!

I have never gotten into the whole CVS ECB phenomenon but I do enjoy reading about it (it makes my head swim though!)!
